Bobby Masters

Bobby lives in Berea, Kentucky with his wife and two children, McKaelyn and Bobby Neil. He begain his musical career at age 12, playing mandolin in local churches with his father. Bobby's mother and father encouraged Bobby's love of the mandolin, and today Bobby says that his parents have been the single greatest influence on his musical career.

In 1999, Bobby begain playing with John Cosby adn the Bluegrass Drifters, after which he played for Wilderness Trail for four years, in addition to studio work and ad hoc playing with other Bluegrass bands.

Bobby says that some of the highlights of his musical career have been: playing with Bobby Osborne, Mac Wiseman, Josh Graves, J.D. Crowe, Eddie Adcock, Scott Vestal and Sam Bush.

Bobby plays mandolin for the Dean Osborne Band.
